SWIS Photos 3.04

SWIS Photos offers a practical solution for automotive inspections by allowing users to capture and submit photos directly to the SWIS platform. To utilize the application, users must first obtain a valid username and password from Southwest Auto Inspections (SWIS), as these same credentials are needed for accessing both the app and the website.

Upon logging in, the app communicates with SWIS servers to retrieve a list of open orders assigned to the inspector. Once this list is available, users can select an order to begin taking photographs. Additionally, the app enables users to incorporate previously captured images by accessing their camera roll. During the photographic session, it is possible to add comments, rotate images, or remove individual photos within the photo save window.

After completing the photo session, users are redirected to the jobs screen where a job is generated that requires uploading to the server. When selecting a job from this screen, the app uploads the captured images to the SWIS website and links them with the corresponding order. If users have consented to allow access to their camera roll, it is important that they manually delete any photos from their "Photos" app after uploading.

The application relies on access to your camera (which must be permitted), your camera roll (which can be allowed or denied), and an internet connection to facilitate photo uploads to the server.
